PROJECTS ON SITE

With 2022 proving to be a year of growth for the high specification residential market in central London, we are pleased to be working on two major projects in the capital.

NINE ELMS

Nine Elms is a development of 511 high specification apartments located near Vauxhall, in central London that we have been working on throughout 2021 and are due to finish within the second quarter of 2022. Nine Elms sits at the heart of a major transformation of a large brownfield site into a new residential and business quarter.

Ready Controls is delivering a Titan HVAC control solution to each apartment. The Titan control system will control the apartments’ heating and cooling system. The control solution consists of underfloor heating control and cooling control via fan coil. A central timer control via a touchscreen will give residents control via a Cloud based app.

Ready Controls Operations Director Dan Lawless commented: “Nine Elms is a fast-paced high standard project, that is seeing us deliver over 500 completed units spread over two blocks and 80 floors in a little over 12 months. This could not have been possible without the shared collaborative approach that all the contractors involved possessed. This ethos of collaborations and teamworking sits at the core of Ready Controls.”

KNIGHTSBRIDGE

On the other side of the Thames, we are working on a major project on the Knightsbridge Estate. The wider project includes the development of retail and office space, and a new entrance to Knightsbridge Underground station. The K1 Knightsbridge development includes 29 high specification apartments. Ready Controls are delivering a KNX lighting and blind control solution with BMS integration to each apartment. Each apartment has its own dedicated control panel to control Dali and phase dimmed lighting throughout.
