A KNX lighting, heating and ventilation control solution to each dwelling

Magna Carta Park is a luxury private estate with a mixed residential development of townhouses and apartments. Each property is finished to an exceptional standard and has been designed to give residents maximum control over all aspects of their lighting, heating and ventilation.

Ready Controls delivered a KNX lighting, heating and ventilation control solution to each dwelling. Each dwelling had its own dedicated control panels that was used to control phase dimmed and switched lighting throughout. The Jung F50 KNX control plate switches were used for lighting control and control of the underfloor heating. The KNX system utilised a bidirectional Vaillant boiler controller that communicated directly to Vaillant’s proprietary Ebus control system allowing for seemly integrated control between the dwellings boilers and the KNX controlled underfloor heating, The control solution consisted of:

• Ventilation control of MVHR’s
• Vaillant boiler integration
• Cloud based app and local touchscreen control via a Zennio Z41
